Hi, I’m Reagan, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my career, I’ve cared for patients across multiple specialties, including neonatal nursing and outpatient cardiology. Those experiences have reinforced one simple belief-healthcare should be personal, collaborative, and centered around the individual.

I created Root & Radiance Wellness to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care in a setting where patients feel heard, educated, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating hormone changes, struggling with weight, or simple looking to improve your overall health, my goal is to partner with you to create a plan that fits your life style.

I believe lasting wellness isn’t built on quick fixes. it’s built through personalized care, realistic lifestyle changes, and medical guidance that helps you feel your best for years to come.

Services

The initial consultation is more than a prescription visit. It includes a personalized review of your medical history, medications, goals, risk factors, and treatment options so we can build a plan that fits you. Medication, pharmacy, and laboratory costs are separate and are not included in the consultation fee.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Individualized evaluation and evidence-based treatment for perimenopause and menopause.

Medical evaluation, prescription management when appropriate, nutrition guidance, lifestyle coaching, and follow-up visits.

Medical Weight Management

GLP-1 Refill Check-In

For established patients requesting a GLP-1 refill. Complete a brief follow-up questionnaire for review of your current dose, tolerance, progress, and treatment plan. A live visit is not routinely required unless clinically indicated.

Comprehensive review of your lab results with clear recommendations and an individualized plan.

Lab Review & Wellness Consultation

Limited virtual care for select minor illnesses when appropriate

At this time, Root & Radiance Wellness is a cash-pay practice. This allows me to spend more time with each patient and provide personalized care without the restrictions often associated with insurance.

- Initial Comprehensive Consultation (60mins) - $149
- Follow-up Visit (30mins) - $80
- Comprehensive Lab Review & Wellness Consultation (30-45 mins) - $65
- Acute Sick Visit (Established Patients 20 mins) - $75
While many of our services focus on hormone health and healthy aging, we welcome adult patients seeking evidence-based wellness and weight management
No. If medications is appropriate, we’ll discuss your options. Medication costs are separate from the consultation fee.
